Welcome
Welcome to the MDDS-LLM platform. This guide helps you connect your healthcare organization to partners, share integration channels securely, and keep an eye on everything from one place.
Who this is for
Section titled “Who this is for”This documentation is written for the people who operate the platform:
- Integration engineers building and running channels.
- System administrators managing servers, users, and connections.
- Operators who monitor connectivity and respond to alerts.
You don’t need to know anything about the platform’s internals — every task here is something you do from the web interface.
The two halves of the platform
Section titled “The two halves of the platform”When you sign in, you’ll work in two connected areas:
| Area | What it’s for |
|---|---|
| Mirth Admin | Manage a single integration server: channels, filters, transformers, users, alerts, and settings. |
| Contact System | Connect across organizations: find partners, peer with them, share channels, and provision secure peer-to-peer connections. |
Mirth Admin is where you build and run integrations. The Contact System is how those integrations reach partner organizations safely.
