Common issues

Start here when something isn’t working. For connection-specific problems, see Troubleshooting connections.

  • Confirm you’re using the correct application URL and your Keycloak credentials.
  • If you were signed in recently, your session may have expired — sign in again.
  • Clear cookies for the site if you’re stuck in a redirect loop, then retry.
  • Check your subscription tier. Many write features require Standard or above.
  • Confirm your role — admin-only areas won’t appear for non-admins.

My organization isn’t showing up for partners

  • Make sure discoverability is turned on in your profile.
  • Discovery affects only the Directory; existing agreements are unaffected either way.
  • Tiers cap the number of servers, peers, and channels. See Subscription tiers. Remove an unused resource or upgrade.
  • The recipient must accept it from their Peering → Inbox. Until then it stays pending in your Outbox.
  • Confirm you sent it to the right organization in the Directory.
